A new cohort of women from women-headed households graduated from WMCO’s literacy and tailoring programme in Uruzgan, gaining skills for sustainable income.
The training combined basic literacy with practical tailoring instruction, helping participants build self-reliance and contribute to their families’ livelihoods. Many graduates plan to start small home-based businesses.
